7-Day Checking Warranty: You may claim an exchange within 7 days if the product is found to be defective.
Defective or Incorrect Products: In case of a faulty or wrongly delivered item, Al Jannat will offer a free exchange or full refund, including return shipping charges.

Size Exchange Policy: If a size exchange is requested for a correctly delivered item, a fee of Rs. 150 will apply. This will be charged after we receive the returned product in unused condition.
