Privacy & Exchange Policy – Al Jannat

All products purchased from www.aljannatcaps.com can be exchanged within 7 days only if:

  • The item(s) is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.

  • The item(s) does not match the original specifications or is not the same product as ordered.

To raise a dispute, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery by calling +92 314 8067281. Al Jannat reviews each case individually and aims to resolve issues fairly for all parties.

If an item is confirmed as defective or damaged, you will need to send the product back to Al Jannat within 8 days of purchase. Once received and inspected, we will issue a replacement for the same product as listed on your invoice.


Please Note:

There are certain scenarios where we may not be able to accept returns or exchanges, including but not limited to:

  • The exchange request is made outside the specified time frame.

  • The product has been used, damaged, or tampered with.

  • Any part of the original packaging, tags, labels, freebies, or accessories is missing.

Al Jannat does not offer cash refunds or a money-back guarantee on any purchased items.

A refund may only be issued if:

  • The customer cancels the order before it has been processed and shipped by Al Jannat.
