Shipping & Exchange Policy – Al Jannat

• Please note that courier services do not allow customers to open the parcel before full payment is made. We kindly request your cooperation with us and the courier team in this regard.

• 7-Day Checking Warranty: You may claim an exchange within 7 days if the product is found to be defective.

• Defective or Incorrect Products: In case of a faulty or wrongly delivered item, Al Jannat will offer a free exchange or full refund, including return shipping charges.

• Size Matters: Please ensure that you select the correct size while placing your order to avoid any inconvenience.

• Size Exchange Policy: If a size exchange is requested for a correctly delivered item, a fee of Rs. 150 will apply. This will be charged after we receive the returned product in unused condition.

• Order Verification: All Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are confirmed through a telephonic verification. However, Al Jannat reserves the right to skip this step for verified customers or during peak times such as sales, new launches, and promotional periods.

• Shipping Timeline: Orders typically ship within 2 business days . Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Delays may occur in remote or outlying areas.
